One-click Merchant-of-Record checkout via OAuth. Polar handles sales tax, VAT, and global compliance.
Polar is offered alongside Stripe, not as a replacement. Pick a provider per project under Settings → Payments.
One-click connect
There is intentionally no token paste. Hit Connect Polar and complete the OAuth flow. We provision the webhook endpoint and store rotated tokens encrypted at rest.
Webhook is the source of truth
Polar conversions are recorded when the
order.paid webhook arrives, not on the return URL. Closing the tab after payment never costs you a conversion event.
